"Photo Ink" (the "Company") values your personal information and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
Through this Privacy Policy, the Company informs you of the purposes and manner in which the personal information you provide is used, and of the measures taken to protect your personal information.
When the Company amends this Privacy Policy, it will provide notice through in-app announcements (or individual notices).

The Company collects the following personal information to provide the Photo Ink service.
- Required items collected: nickname, email address
- Optional access permissions: camera (photo taking), gallery (photo access), location information (for displaying weather and address)
- Method of collection: registration and use of the service through the Photo Ink app
The Company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes.
- Member management: member identification, registration and withdrawal processing, identity verification
- Service provision: photo taking, editing, collage creation, and overlay features (tables, stickers, timestamps, watermarks)
- Location information: displaying weather information and location address when taking photos (location information is not stored on servers and is used only on the device)
- Push notifications: delivery of service-related announcements
- Advertising: provision of personalized advertisements (Google AdMob)
The Company destroys personal information without delay and without exception once the purposes of its collection and use have been achieved. However, where retention is required under applicable laws and regulations, the information is retained for the period prescribed therein.
In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purposes of its collection and use have been achieved. The destruction procedures and methods are as follows.
- Destruction procedure: information entered by a member during registration or otherwise is completely deleted from the database immediately upon account withdrawal.
- Destruction method: personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that render the records unrecoverable.
In principle, the Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties. However, the following cases are exceptions.
- Where users have given prior consent
- Where required by law, or where requested by an investigative agency for investigative purposes in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law
The Company does not outsource the handling of your information to external companies without your consent. Should such a need arise in the future, the Company will notify you of the outsourcing party and the scope of the outsourced work, and obtain prior consent where necessary.
Users and their legal representatives may at any time access or correct their own registered personal information, or that of a child under the age of 14 for whom they are the legal representative, and may also request account withdrawal.
To access or correct personal information, users may directly view, correct, or withdraw their account in the "My Page" section of the app. Alternatively, users may contact the Privacy Officer by email, and the Company will take action without delay.
The Photo Ink app may access location information to display weather and address information when taking photos. Location information is not stored on servers and is used only temporarily on the device.
Photos taken and edited by users are stored in the device's gallery and are not transmitted to the Company's servers.
The Photo Ink app offers a one-time in-app purchase for access to premium features. Payments are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, and the Company does not directly collect or store payment information (such as card numbers).
The Company has designated a Privacy Officer as set forth below to protect users' personal information and handle complaints related to personal information.

Users may report any privacy-related complaints arising from their use of the Company's services to the Privacy Officer. The Company will provide prompt and sufficient responses to users' reports.
